Absolute trash. Repeat customer here, Brought 2019 Ram in for Power steering locking up, engine sputtering, and steering wheel grinding three times now with extended Repeat customer here, Brought 2019 Ram in for Power steering locking up, engine sputtering, and steering wheel grinding three times now with extended warranty. Brought it on appointment 1st time and got “we reset the sensor” without addressing sputtering and grinding. Tobias service mgr identified the sputtering when i picked it up and told me to bring it back in.(i had to have the truck due to a trip). Brought in a second time because steering locked while driving on the interstate Tobias said “have it towed to us and I’ll get it taken care of immediately”. Truck sat on the lot for 4 days because he told nobody and the response from service person was “we had no idea why it was here and there’s no appointment on the books”. 11 days later it was blamed on tie rod ends so they replaced and tried charging me full price like I didn’t have warranty. Still grinding steering wheel and engine sputtering. Again needed vehicle so I took it home. The next week steering locked up again and engine still sputtering and steering wheel grinding. Service director Paul said they’ve done everything they can and says i never even mentioned the power steering the previous two times and they’ve done everything they can, then said to take it somewhere else. Despite multiple attempts to speak to the general manager, all I get is passed off to everyone but the GM. I wouldn’t recommend a single person at that dealership. When I called Sandy Sansing (Brian), they said because of the horrible relationship with Tobias and Paul, they won’t even make contact to work through issues, so I can’t even get the second opinion that Paul recommend. Was given the number to the relationship manager, Brandy Pastor, to give my story to, but she hung up mid-call because Tobias was reading over her shoulder and told her to hang up. Then Tobias told everyone in the dealership that all of my calls go directly to him as directed by the GM who apparently has zero control. Don’t fall for the lie that they care, or that this relationship manager type person does anything for you, it’s a sham. She literally hung up while I was telling her my story. Come to find out the GM Miles Bentley was aware the whole time but chose not to address anything until all of this fighting to charge me for everything took place. After months of fighting the GM finally called acting fed up and said to bring the truck in and they’d take care of it and pay for it like they should all along. When I reached out to Ram customer care, the service manager stated to them that the OWNER has insisted not to work on my vehicle going forward. The absolute worst leadership and after 5 trucks, I will not buy another. Think about this when you buy your next vehicle. More

Absolutely horrible customer service. OK to buy from, but they don't honor Chrysler warranty. Service Department is unqualified and beyond incompetent. I have no idea why Chrysler let's OK to buy from, but they don't honor Chrysler warranty. Service Department is unqualified and beyond incompetent. Took my Jeep in for a check engine light beginning of Feb. , asked for a master mechanic to do all work. Was laughed at. Told I needed 4 new cams , lifters and thermostat. I Approved all work. (Find Feb. , asked for a master mechanic to do all work. Was laughed at. Told I needed 4 new cams , lifters and thermostat. I Approved all work. (Find out the mechanic is 25 years old) They put in an aftermarket thermostat without telling me, when I questioned it I was told they couldn't get Mopar thermostat. Check engine light continued to go off and on even after work was suppose to have been done. Jeep NEVER overheated until there service department touched my jeep. They replaced thermostat 3 times,(aftermarket)never did fix the cam problem. Jeep overheated now they say $12,000.00 for new engine after I'm all in at $8,333.00 already gave them for work they supposedly did. I reached out to GM NO response, owner of HK dodge NO response and to Brandi Pastor customer care advocate NO response . Paul Marchant dropped the ball big time on my jeep and refuses to take responsibility . Keep saying its the number of miles on my jeep a jeep I have meticulously taken care of. They refuse to honor the warranty on work already supposedly done. These people, zero morals, zero ethics. Karma is.... Run as fast as you can, these people are common criminals. If I could give no stars I would. UPDATE Vehicle at Hill kelly Dodge for 45 days. Told my block cracked due to it overheating. Never received a diagnostic as to what caused the overheating, just that it would be an additional $12,000.00 Plus to replace cracked block. Took my Jeep to another shop. (Third) aftermarket thermostat stuck causing Jeep to overheat. Replaced with an OEM thermostat, no longer running hot. Block pressure checked numerous times, passed. Block not cracked. UPDATE New mechanic diagnosed the check engine light that has been going off and on since February . Hill Kelly's mechanic did not put timing chains on correctly after installing the new cams causing the timing to be misaligned. They refuse to acknowledge new mechanics findings. All issues were under a two year warranty. Filed a complaint with the BBB. More

At first I want to say I took my ram toy local dealer figured they are the best qualified to service my truck well at first I was told they don't make the parts anymore ... Really ! after talking to the figured they are the best qualified to service my truck well at first I was told they don't make the parts anymore ... Really ! after talking to the service advisor the price of the repair changes to half of what I paid for the truck again really ! when I got to a manager ( after having to call them ) she was looking at a resolution thought we found one but no call back the advisor called with the same issue and price ! I'm not calling names but again Really ! I have requested a meeting on this so we shall see I'm am not going to rate this as I am a little upset as of rite now it stands as a zero ----- More

The terrible service continues I had two lengthy complaints about the service here and posted them on this site. This spans back to July. The customer service advocate worked with us and promised us that all would be fixed and we would have the car back in two weeks. They would correct all of the damage they did and finally complete the work they never finished. Guess what folks. They had my car for one month this time. Still not finished. The hood they finally replaced an repainted looks terrible. There is a chip in the paint and a red scratch on the fender. They did not correct the lighting that they took off and replaced with the wrong lighting. They didn't complete all of the other work that remained uncompleted from the previous visits. They said bring it back. Not happening. I had hoped that with the new service department management things would change. They didn't. And, they charged me for the original work they did incorrectly! They say they don't do after market work. So, why did they attempt to do the work and ruin my car? I had really hoped to put in a retraction of my previous complaints. But, after dealing with this for 6 months now, I'm done with this dealership. I hope my reviews help someone else avoid this same nightmare. More

Just when you thought it couldn't get worse I recently provided a very lengthy review of this dealership and all the issues. At the time they had my for yet another 2 weeks and still didn't have I recently provided a very lengthy review of this dealership and all the issues. At the time they had my for yet another 2 weeks and still didn't have the work completed. After another week, they said come pick it up. When my husband picked it up, it was still NOT completed. It was dark so he couldn't see everything. When he got it home, one of the halo lights did not work at all and another has a broken seal and has moisture in it. They had the lights since July! They repaired my hood, which needed repairing because they drilled holes and put the pins in wrong place. Instead of a new hood, they repaired it. It had debris under the new clear coat. And the hood isn't level. They were supposed to replace all the vinyl strips so they would match. The only replaced the hood and still need to replace the rest. I requested the GM call us but, of course, that has not happened. This is a nightmare. More

Nothing Short of xxxx. DO NOT GO TO HILL KELLY JEEP DODGE I was in a car accident, chose the dealer to repair my brand new Grand Cherokee. NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE AND LIES DO NOT GO TO HILL KELLY JEEP DODGE I was in a car accident, chose the dealer to repair my brand new Grand Cherokee. NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE AND LIES. My car was put together worse then something from a junkyard. The Bodyshop here , has nothing on Frankenstein. My car will never be the same . They took 5 weeks longer than promised, never got me a rental. Had to “ let go the guy who did my repairs” now I don’t even wanna drive or own this vehicle. Wheels don’t match. Badges missing . Misaligned body panels . Chipped paint corners. Broken structural parts. Paint drips everywhere. I was “delivered” my car for the 3rd time with a broken axel and a blown wheel bearing . I came to dealer because they are suppose to be professionals , and instead I’m getting Walmart quality , actually DOLLAR GENERAL is the quality I’m receiving . Don’t ever go here . 5 months total now, and i still cannot drive my vehicle from a fender bender. NOT A SINGLE MEMBER OF THE STAFF ANSWERS THE PHONE OR DOES ANYTHING THEY PROMISED. communication and skills are unbearable. they also tried to make it out to be no big deal that they left suspension parts broken and loose to where i almost died. Please save yourself the headache and tears. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. More

I showed up for a scheduled appointment to replace a recalled water pump and was told the part was not available. I was upset as I had scheduled several weeks in advance and I had called again the day prior to my visit to confirm Appt, etc. I left the dealership unhappy but knew the manager needed to be aware of the problem so they could remedy. I sat down with Ginger Wiggins and she patiently listened to my explanation and then quickly went to work to solve my issue. Her team of service writer Aaron Turberville and Beth Campbell (loaner vehicle) were also pleasant and professional in making sure I was satisfied. As we say in the Navy, "Bravo Zulu" for showing that you really do care about your customers!! More
