I honestly can’t say enough good things about Milad Hanna at North Coast Mitsubishi - West Cleveland. From the second I walked in, they were super chill and didn’t make me feel like I was being “sold” a car at North Coast Mitsubishi - West Cleveland. They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and somehow managed to make the whole process—dare I say it—fun? Milad Hanna knows his stuff, answered all my questions without sounding like a robot, and even pointed out a few things I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. What really sealed the deal for me was how they kept it real. No gimmicks, no hidden fees—just straight-up honesty. I asked in email (!!) How much is out-of-the-door price and got an answer in email( !) in about 5 minutes. You try it with other sales guys elsewhere! And even after I drove off the lot, they followed up to make sure everything was good. More
