So, I came in today with hope that I would find a car that I really liked and could drive off the lot in. My goal was to get a Hyundai Elantra. Mikuh was my lead sales person and he was very kind and per that I really liked and could drive off the lot in. My goal was to get a Hyundai Elantra. Mikuh was my lead sales person and he was very kind and personable. He saw that I was eager to get going with my main concern, the numbers. With the help of Crown Hyundai's manager, I was able to find reasonable financing options given that the car was brand new. Even though they did not have an insurance team in-house right now, Carter, another sales rep assisted me in finding some insurance options. Both Mikuh and Carter sat with me and kept me motivated when I was having some difficulty finding insurance. Finally, I was able to find coverage and Mr. Tim, in financing, came in to finish the transaction. Mr. Tim was very funny and the closing process was smooth. I appreciated everyone I was able to work with today. I am now on the road with my new 2022 Hyundai Elantra SEL from Crown Hyundai in St. Pete. More
