John Luebke made my experience with buying my new car very easy and comfortable. I told him how nervous I was of dealerships because of past experiences. We dealt with Glen and Mukuh off and on through the process of purchasing our car. At the beginning, they were nice and friendly. Glen was very helpful and even showed my brother-in-law the car to hel process of purchasing our car. At the beginning, they were nice and friendly. Glen was very helpful and even showed my brother-in-law the car to help us make a purchasing decision. The car was beautiful and the price was excellent. We live 5 1/2 hours from the dealership, but were willing to drive to get a good car at a good price. The vehicle had a safety recall for the windshield, but we were assured it would be ready August 2nd. We took leave from work to drive to St. Pete to get the car. When we were an hour away, we received a call stating the car was not ready for pickup but we could come ahead and do all the paperwork. We did, only to find out that this dealership would not take our Credit Union's financing. We had to use their financing which was 3% higher. We signed an agreement that the car would be delivered to us in our hometown on Friday August 5 around noon and were assured that Mikuh himself would be delivering the car. At 11:30, I called Mukuh only to find out he had not left the dealership and there was another "mix-up." The story changed again and we were informed a delivery company was going to be used, but they thought the car was going to be delivered 2 hours away; not 5 1/2. The contract said I would have the car on August 5th and I wanted the car on August 5th. Mikuh said it could be delivered the next day; however, at this point, I had lost all trust in his word. I had to come up with a resolution to the problem which was to meet Mikuh halfway. There was more expense incurred to get the car. I am happy with the car, just not the experience with the salesperson to actually drive away with the vehicle. I also left two messages for managers (Casey and Tyler). I have yet to receive a call back from either of them. Bottom line, you may get a good deal and a beautiful vehicle (which is why I recommended the dealership), but be cautious when it comes to the sales personnel. More
