Sales managers are great, attentive, and care about customer experience. They really made us feel heard and appreciated. Our sales rep however, was not the greatest. We treated him with nothing but res customer experience. They really made us feel heard and appreciated. Our sales rep however, was not the greatest. We treated him with nothing but respect and patience and were thankful of his time. However, he was rude, snarky, and very unprofessional. We were met with sarcasm and unnecessary remarks when we were asking to remove add ons from our purchase. Very unprofessional and I hope whatever is going on in his life gets better. I would also like to thank Andy from the service department who took time to share information on the vehicle. I really an appreciate him and the management team for allowing us to leave with a positive experience after what we were dealing with in the beginning. More

Nothing is ever perfect. Purchased a 2022 CR-V and it was a lemon. I'm not blaming Echo Park for that, but Honda. Retuning the car within the 7 day window was a breeze and Purchased a 2022 CR-V and it was a lemon. I'm not blaming Echo Park for that, but Honda. Ryan was great to work with. This was the third vehicle we have purchased here. Staff is always friendly. This time was definitely the longest it has taken. The Managers did a meeting mid day which basically halted the process. Was told it would be 15-20 mins to get the numbers and it took over an hour, due to the meeting. That was annoying but still every interaction with the staff was positive. Ryan was quick getting the vehicle and made the paperwork process quick and easy. I will definitely continue to get my future vehicles here. Thank you! More
