Our salesman was very nice and did not pressure us into any specific vehicle. He listened to my needs, and even provided personal feedback on a couple of vehicles that were also on the lot. Brian in finance was absolutely amazing and made things go quickly and smoothly. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we have purchased now 4 vehicles from Lithia, and their detailing department is not really detailed at all. I always have to clean when I bring them home. There seems to always be shotty work done, and existing wax that no one cared to scrub. I still have to clean around my cars emblem because it looks like garbage. More
