I only found out when driving on the highway that the brake rotors were not ok and should have been exchanged by the dealership. Hi, My visit was on the 1st of November for warranty service for the windshield seal. After waiting for two hours I was told that I will be called so I can bring the car back since they will need to bri service for the windshield seal. After waiting for two hours I was told that I will be called so I can bring the car back since they will need to bring in a specialist and the repair should take more than a day. It has been 10 days with ZERO communications, I got a sales call last week but when I asked for a status on my repair request I was told will get me an update... no one called me back. I called today 11/11/2024 to be put on hold for more than 15 minutes between the main reception and the service desk then maybe an advisor... At the end of the long wait the call went to a voicemail and I left a VM and I have yet to hear form anyone. I did not mind the wait for 10 days but I would have appreciate the communication and status on when will the repair take place. I would appreciate if this can be looked at so I can get the car fixed and move on. More
