I had been searching for the right 4runner for a couple months when I saw one freshly listed here online. I reached out to setup a time to come check it out and got a quick response from Mikhail to meet, m months when I saw one freshly listed here online. I reached out to setup a time to come check it out and got a quick response from Mikhail to meet, my schedule changed and and he handed me off to Edgar since he wouldn't be there the day I switched to. Edgar was extremely helpful in the buying process, negotiating a final price, and got the car cleaned up and ready to take home while I completed my financing. My only complaint in the whole process was with financing, she was very rude nearly the entire time I was completing my financing with my own lender. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle with a loan so I didn't have everything perfectly prepared and my wife who was co-signed for the loan was at work so she couldn't immediately E-sign documents. She repeatedly made comments about how long it was taking to get documents returned, this is a business and she has other customers to tend to, it doesn't normally take this long with one customer, etc. Overall I felt like I was wasting her time even though I was there to purchase a vehicle and I apologized explaining that it was my first time financing. If it wasn't for how helpful and genuine Edgar was it would have been a different outcome. More
