We primarily worked with Mikey Delk from internet sales team who communicated very well from initial contact, throughout buying experience, and even following afterwards using email, text, & phone; providing pricing options, answering questions, and ensuring vehicle pickup was efficient & seemless. Also, David Halloway from finance was extremely informative & patient to explain financing details and other available packages such as maintenance to consider in support of new vehicle purchase (without being pushy). I commend dealership for not forcing customers to purchase dealer added packages as part of vehicle purchase but truly making them optional.
