I have Been coming to this dealer for 20 years to service my odessey 07. at the service department. Cory the man in charge is the best in his area. Recently my insurance total my car, I called Cory to ask him to put a word for me with the sales department to help me to get a good deal for a new car, and he , immediately went ahead and talk to Mark Yousef. Mike called me and asked me on what I was Interested buying . They did not have what I wanted at that time but when I showed up and they saw I was serious about buying a car, they immediately got my desired car from another dealer. They worked with me on the price. Sam did a very good job working with me and going back and forth to present offers to the manager. He also set up the final thing to my car , set up my phone to the car, this step was very meaningful to me, and explained all about the car. Thank you so much. More

They got me excited for no reason wasted my time. Really was happy with their service at first until they kept making up lies to get my car back. I didn’t even have a month with the car and they had it repossessed they just took my down payment money and took my car. Because the bank didn’t want to finance the car to me after all. Really upset on how they did things to get the car back when they could have just been honest sense the start nothing but lies. Made me feel like a clown never been so humiliated in my life for a car. I had 2 weeks with it so far makes no sense on why they let me drive out with the car. They try to seem professional but they’re not they just waste your time and probably they will take your money. So embarrassing they didn’t even treat me like a costumer after all this situation they won’t even bother helping me out to solve this issue.
