They are always on time and they do the service quickly, I'm surprised they didn't say anything to me about the tires on the truck because they only noted that on the paperwork. I think from now on they need to go through the notes on the paperwork that they gave to me and explain to me issues with the truck instead of just writing them on the paperwork and not say anything about it. They should make that part of the process... More

Our salesman Chris was very personable and talked me in coming back for a new vehicle. Went there twice, you had a young man who needed more training. The first time in, he pointed to the direction of the model of the car I was looking for, it was in the back of the lot and a very hot day training. The first time in, he pointed to the direction of the model of the car I was looking for, it was in the back of the lot and a very hot day. The second time in, the person got the car and brought it around. I felt the manager didn't really car to make the sale. There was no negotiation. We left and bought the car we were looking for through another Ford dealership who was willing to work with their customers for a fair price. Do not recognize the people below. More
