Excellent Experience I had stopped by the dealership several months ago when I found out I'd be relocating to the area. The sales staff was so pleasant that when the time I had stopped by the dealership several months ago when I found out I'd be relocating to the area. Very Pleasant, No Pressure Experience! I had an appt., last Friday, to meet with Mike Worthington and test drive a pre-owned vehicle I had learned about online. My experience, both at the I had an appt., last Friday, to meet with Mike Worthington and test drive a pre-owned vehicle I had learned about online. My experience, both at the deanship and while working and test driving with Mike, could not have been better. Mike was extremely professional, courteous and was able to answer all my questions. Although, I did not purchase the vehicle, I never felt any pressure, which I really appreciated. Mike is a great communicator, follows through with what he promises and does a great job with building relationships with his customers which, in my opinion, is of utmost importance. I also had many questions for the service manager with whom I was able to speak and was very impressed with his expertise and professionalism, as well. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate in recommending this dealership to others! D.M. More

My 2016 Red Mazda 3! My 2016 Mazda3 was rear-ended and subsequently, totaled as a result. I was really upset to no longer have my little red Mazda! Mike Worthington was My 2016 Mazda3 was rear-ended and subsequently, totaled as a result. I was really upset to no longer have my little red Mazda! Mike Worthington was the salesman on the first Mazda and so I called him to locate another Red Grand Touring Mazda 3. He had one on the lot, reserved it for me, as well as guided me through the online application and everything else I needed to do. IT WAS PAINLESS! All I had to do was sign the papers at the dealer and take the new car home!! See Mike for your new car!! More

Trouble at first, but all was figured out I went into Germain Mazda one Saturday with no intention of buying a car. And I really mean it when I say "no intention". I didn't bring any kind of p I went into Germain Mazda one Saturday with no intention of buying a car. And I really mean it when I say "no intention". I didn't bring any kind of payment, and was planning on stopping at a few more dealerships before I was going to buy. Well, I did end up buying a car, granted it was the car I had been looking at buying. Mike Worthington was my salesman, and he was very knowledgeable about the CX-3. He led me to the exact one that I wanted, and we took it for a test drive. Everything was great; he knew the ins and outs of the car. So we get back and we are talking numbers, and the next thing I know, I'm signing to buy this CX-3, which is fine, because, like I said, it is the car that I had been looking at, and at this point Mike had talked me into buying it. No biggie. Then, I get to the financial area of thee dealership, and that's when it started going downhill. I was told to choose an extended warranty plan, and didn't have the option to NOT choose a plan (which I know ultimately it is my responsibility to know what all I am signing, but at this point I had been there for 3 1/2 hours, so I was just ready to get everything done and go). I picked one of the cheaper ones, but still, my car payment was going to be $100 than what I had wanted my car payment to be! So I get home and am reading over everything, and I realize I am not happy with what just happened. So Monday morning I went back and dealt with Sonny Sosniak. He truly is the reason my review is a good one rather than a bad one. He went into my deal and fixed everything that was wrong with it. Now I know I am responsible to understand what I am buying and under what circumstances, but Sonny treated me with respect and helped me come to an agreement that I was ultimately happy with. He never once pressured me to stay with them or refused to cater to my needs. Sonny and Mike really care about the customer, I feel, and was treated fairly by them for being a young woman. The finance employee I dealt with was very nice, but he could've explained things a little more clearer. Other than the financial mishap, I have really no bad things to say about Germain. I will be a longtime customer thanks to their professionalism and down-to-earthness. More

Sales staff, Mike Worthington at Germain Mazda far exceeded my expectations. This was my most enjoyable and professional car buying experience ever! Sales staff, sales manager, finance manager and spares department were professionals before being salesmen. I have never purchased a car from, or done business with a dealership like this. I didn't even feel like I was at a car dealership, it felt more like a high end restaurant or hotel where they genuinely cared about putting my priorities first. No pressure. I will recommend Germain Mazda and hope that they keep doing what they are doing! More
