Dave Taylor would not help me with a bad fuel pump, at a 1/4 tank showing 85 miles, truck would run out of gas, twice out of state. He told me everything checked out fine and that was all he would do. Took 1/4 tank showing 85 miles, truck would run out of gas, twice out of state. He told me everything checked out fine and that was all he would do. Took my truck to Century Dodge in Wentzville Missouri, best family owner dealership, you feel like you're part of the family. As expected, dropped then gas tank and found lever sensor and float broken, replaced fuel pump. Century also found a tracker hook up underneath my dash, not installed by the manufacturer. If Century would have had this truck i would have purchased from them. More

Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My wife bought a brand new jeep from them three years ago, now the jeep shakes violently going down the highway. They claimed it was due to a failed My wife bought a brand new jeep from them three years ago, now the jeep shakes violently going down the highway. They claimed it was due to a failed steering stabilizer shock and they would install a new one. It's been several months since they have contacted us about doing this work. Meanwhile we have been spending several thousand dollars on rental vehicles. we have also tried several other things to fix the jeep such as all brand-new tires and wheel alignments. At one point they told us not to waste our money "throwing parts at it", yet they still have not been able to resolve the issue, and now we are stuck with a three-year-old vehicle that is unfit for road use. More
