Born and and raised in Alabama Mike recently moved to Las Vegas to change things up. Mike has exclusively worked for the Nissan brand throughout his automotive experience and is quite knowledgeable about the product line up. In his spare time Mike enjoys playing basketball, making music and binge watching action packed thrillers on Netflix. I requested a multi-point inspection, and received one. Among the issues which were addressed, I agreed to have a lube/oil filter & oil change, a battery terminal service, and to have my drive belt replace Among the issues which were addressed, I agreed to have a lube/oil filter & oil change, a battery terminal service, and to have my drive belt replaced. The work was performed in a reasonable amount of time. The cost was slightly high, but I anticipated that. No problem. Oddly, my volt meter gauge is now spiking intermittently while the vehicle is in transit. I'm wondering why this is happening, and how the shop technicians could've overlooked a potential issue. Although I still need a power steering fluid change/service, and to have my spark plugs replaced, I will take the Xterra elsewhere. The dealership charges too much for those services. Overall, the experience was so-so. More
