Mike Wegehaupt was helpful and super efficient on the day we picked it up our used Bronco Sport. Wife loves it! I am even more anxious now to get my Raptor-R. Just waiting on Ford to say they are ready to build it. Tim Beaty walked us through the service plan options in an informative way, not trying to sell us kind of way.
