This was my third purchase from Bianchi Honda, but a new first - I bought a Toyota! I was looking for a used hybrid, as my beloved 2005 Honda Element was getting more costly to maintain. Because my experience with this Honda dealership had always been so good, I decided to start my search with them. And I needed to look no further. They had a 2018 Rav4 ready to go that was perfect for me! As usual, everyone I dealt with was very pleasant, considerate, and helpful. I thank Steven for going out of his way to explain all the features and new-to-me technology. He even synched my phone to the car, entered my address in the GPS, and basically gave me, a luddite senior citizen, modern driving lessons .
