I bought a 2022 Honda CRV in june 2022. The car has a factory defect that I complained about within a week of buying the car. The rear right side door makes a noise when I close it. I took the car to the service department and they pretended that there was not difference between the sound of the doors. Besides that, I explained them that the noise received inside the car when driving at high speed [55 miles or more] is to much for a brand new car. They put some grease and told me that they solved the problem but the sound never went away. To add more to my disappointment of this business, the two cortesy oil changes that I got when I bought the car, was not worthy, because the waiting time was over 3 hours each time I went for oil change. Every time I asked to talk to the manager they were "busy" or " on lunch". More

They are what you'd expect from a dealer. I bought an Audi Q5 2014, had it checked by my mechanic., found issues. Wanted my money back or have it repaired they told me no (sold as is). Needle I bought an Audi Q5 2014, had it checked by my mechanic., found issues. Wanted my money back or have it repaired they told me no (sold as is). Needless to say I'm dissatisfied, next time get certified pre owened. All in all not really the dealers fault but, for such a large purchace I should have been told about these issues before purchase . They just wanted to get that vehicle off there lot and I was the sucker. More

Dalen my salesman was amazing and easy to work with! Very attentive and answered all my calls about my car! As for the dealership I'm very unhappy that I was sold a 2017 Mustang GT350 that had an engi Very attentive and answered all my calls about my car! As for the dealership I'm very unhappy that I was sold a 2017 Mustang GT350 that had an engine replaced at 17k miles and had a new clutch put in at 3600 miles, that they never said anything about it which I find very sketchy, I had to find out by taking the car to a Ford dealer because it seems the trans is slipping. Also, the fact that the clutch blew the day after I bought the car, they were good enough to replace it under warranty but proceeded to give me paperwork stating anything else that happens is now my responsibility even though I've had the car for less than 2 months. All in all, im very happy with Dalen but the management at the dealership is VERY SKETCHY, do your extended research on any used car they may be trying to sell you. More
