I have been waiting on a reply to a warranty issue. I called after a week of bringing my car in because I haven’t heard from Nissan or the dealer, they said someone would get right back to me. Today, I called after a week of bringing my car in because I haven’t heard from Nissan or the dealer, they said someone would get right back to me. Today, I called again this morning and again they said the service manager would get back to me. It’s now 6pm and no one has called me back. At least they should give me a status update. More

Walser Nissan Wayzata has been working on improving their service drive customer service and it shows. Compared to my previous visit this most recent visit was a very pleasant experience. My service advisor was very friendly and welcoming and ensured my vehicle was attended to in an appropriate manner. The advisor definitely makes it easier to come back again! More

Have had a good experience in the past with sales staff. Service department has failed to follow through on commitments to get in touch with me multiple times on a repair issue.
