He is a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable, no pressure, no bulls**t, i never felt rushed, and he wasn't glued to my side as I strolled the showroom. The showroom itself is gorgeous and very well maintained. They have a vast inventory of beautiful vehicles in perfect condition, all of them cream puffs in their own way. no hidden fees no last minute nonsense. Novak is extremely transparent. I've sent friends there as well who've purchased vehicles and had the same great experience. Their website is easy to navigate and filter for specific vehicles.
