The showroom itself is gorgeous and very well maintained. They have a vast inventory of beautiful vehicles in perfect condition, all of them cream puffs in their own way. no hidden fees no last minute nonsense. Novak is extremely transparent. I've sent friends there as well who've purchased vehicles and had the same great experience. Their website is easy to navigate and filter for specific vehicles. But nothing beats going down to the showroom and looking at all the beautiful cars, it's almost impossible not to find a vehicle there! More

4th purchase of a vehicle from Novak, GOOD CUSTOMER. This car had one 1 key, they made me buy second key for 300.00, Customer service for loyalty was ignored. They offered me a ridiculously low trade in value, it was insulting, I sold it privately for DOUBLE there offer. Shame on management. Gabe tried his best or at least expressed that he did, who knows. Long story short, for 300.00 they lost a great customer who referred 7 sales made buy Novak. The bottom line, the stories you here about you are just a number is absolutely true! More
