I have never had such a wonderful experience until I met Mike Trissel at Fred Martin. He was absolutely wonderful, low-key, very informative, a perfectionist in quality, spent a lot of time teaching me abo Mike Trissel at Fred Martin. The BEST experience I've ever had at a dealership my entire life! I came in with a bad situation that could not be explained, and Mike never made me feel he couldn't help me.
