We bought our 2024 Kia Seltos on May 30th. Mike Todd worked with us. Mike was open and honest re any question I asked or any concerns we had. I was very upfront with Mike on what I wanted, and what price we expected to pay. He, and Scott Murray (finance) made it happen. It took 4 hours, but it was a very smooth and easy process. We were treated so well throughout the entire process. I have already bragged about the great service we received, but Hagerstown Kia is already known by many in Boonsboro for being very easy to work with. More

I had set up to view two other Honda's with another dealer and was recommended to check out Hagerstown Kia. I gave them a call, Richard was very accommodating and made all the arrangements for the visit. When I called back to change the day and time of the visit it was seamless. My wife and I went out from Westminster and looked at a CR-V EX-l and Touring model. Our salesman was Mike Todd, nice man, no pressure, friendly approach and a great customer service.
