Mike Taylor is an amazing Service Advisor. He helped me to get my car fixed when another dealership would not do it. He worked with the Engagement Center to make sure that I got my car fixed He helped me to get my car fixed when another dealership would not do it. He worked with the Engagement Center to make sure that I got my car fixed, and that I did not have to pay for the full repair out of my pocket, but that Toyota paid for most of the repair as it should have been done by the other dealership. Mike kept fighting for me to get this repair and did not back down, and followed up with me throughout this process. Royal Moore Toyota and Mike Taylor are a great team, and I will always have my car serviced with them. More

Came in today for an oil change/ tune up and was told it was going to take 3 hours and they even offer me a ride home and picked me up she the vehicle was done. My six month old Prius Prime had a collision and needless to say I was miserable over the situation. I’ve had a trusting relationship with Royal Moore Toyota, having purchased two vehicles from them since mo to say I was miserable over the situation. This collision turned into more work than anticipated so I made a claim to my insurance. Mike Taylor in the service department spent a multitude of hours helping me resolve issues with my insurance company and assisting in achieving the repairs needed. Even when I was frustrated and had multiple concerns Mike maintained a patient and professional demeanor that gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands.
