He was rude, told us “ we can go elsewhere” and proceeded to be hostile as I asked to speak to the General Manager, and for senior management information , He yelled “ don’t threaten me “ ( which was absurd ) as I said to him, “ I am not of any sort , I am simply telling you I am going to contact management, That’s a fact “ He then refused us service . My wife took the day off; I travelled from out of town. They pulled my car out of line; we did not authorize such. He then continued outside to challenge me for us telling them they should not allow others to cut the line. We waited as did others patiently and don’t think others should race up to cut others whom waited patiently, the matter and his behavior was “asinine “as I told him and we are waiting for Subaru corporate to hopefully resolve. This is our third Subaru and have had many vehicles. Plus, I own a business Never have seen such lack of professionalism, over a prepaid new vehicle simple oil change of all things. More
