In 2021 we used this place to repair our car when we hit a deer. Took 3 months to get it back as they wanted to say our part was sitting in the ocean on a barge due to the government (which I know there was a deer. Took 3 months to get it back as they wanted to say our part was sitting in the ocean on a barge due to the government (which I know there was a ton stuck out there) but after 3 months they finally found the part mismarked in a shop in Miami. But there were also some screw ups that didn't get fixed and when we brought it to them after this last accident just over a month now, they refuse to fix the repairs they screwed up with the deer damage. And handed us back a car on 2/23/23 that was so green (on a black car) you could hardly see the black and couldn't even check their work job it was so dirty. We have been fighting with them the whole time they had our car about fixing the issues from before that we think all this current problems are coming from that. They claimed they did a total inside and out detail on my car on Tuesday the 21st. There is no way in the world that the way it looks that it was done 2 days before. I live under a ton of trees and my car can sit for more than that and not get that bad. And due to a new paint job the car has to be washed by hand. My husband cannot do it as he's injured and now have to pay a ton of money to keep it washed and even check for the repair work. NEVER again will this sorry place get any work from us and I hope this will help others not to go there. I am going to use this same comment on any page I can about the place. I hate that I can't give it a lower rating than a 1 star to post this. It's not even a 1 star place. They had no care in the world about our issues. More

I just picked up my Honda Odyssey from the Collision Center after it had to be repaired due to an accident. I have used the Collision Center several times over the past ten years and Mike Swinehart has Center after it had to be repaired due to an accident. I have used the Collision Center several times over the past ten years and Mike Swinehart has always treated our vehicles as if they were his own. He always been highly professional and courteous in communicating with us especially during the current struggle to get parts in a timely manner. We took her car into Gainesville Buick Body Shop, which handles many different Brands & Models of cars, including VW. From the moment my mother walked in, she was warmly greeted, to Kyle and his team taking the time to walk my mom through their inspection of the vehicle, the importance of the photos, plus explaining the entire process in step by step detail. Our insurance adjuster was familiar with the Gainesville Buick Body shop, and was more than pleased to work with them. We were updated at every step, including when additional hidden damage behind the bumper was found. Best was that this location has Rental Vehicles available on site, which meant we did not have to Uber/Lyft to an off site location. When we picked up the car, Kyle did a walk through of the paperwork and car to point out the quality of the work.
