I bought this truck and within 16 hours the truck was acting up and within 36 hours the supercharger wasn’t working and the check engine light was on. I spoke to the GM on the phone before making the 2 acting up and within 36 hours the supercharger wasn’t working and the check engine light was on. I spoke to the GM on the phone before making the 2 hour trip back to their dealership and he mentioned they would give me all of my money back on the f150 and an unbeatable deal on another truck. When I got to the dealership the GM wasn’t there and the dealership wanted to play games with the numbers and didn’t give me what the GM promised over the phone until 5 times going back and forth and me storming out of the dealership and driving away. All of this happened within 24 hours. They refused to undo the deal and I ended up being forced into a new f250 ($90k+ truck) verses taking back my 2024 Chevy 2500. On top of all of that I had to message my sales person multiple times to get the reward points for my purchase, which ended up taking over 5 weeks to receive. I would never do business at this dealership again. More
