Mike was so wonderful! He is a joyful person and makes you feel really comfortable with the car buying process. We felt well taken care of. Sal was also such a sweetheart! I was taken aback as well at how the employees treated a sweet disabled homeless man (I think his name was Ed?). They were taking care of him and seems like they knew him well. The people here seem like such genuinely good people- and I think that’s the first time I’ve ever felt that way at a car dealership. The one thing was the finance guy… he was a bit of a jerk and would walk away while we were still taking to him, then bring us back numbers for cars we weren’t even asking for. He was not a good listener. Felt like he was just wanting to make the sale and I didn’t trust him at all. Mike’s warmth made up for the finance guy, but he stood out starkly against the genuine nature of everyone else we interacted with at this location. I don’t even remember his name. More
