My Forester had multiple idiot lights on for several days, and the heater was not noticeably working on the colder days. On the one day the wife and I had the time to get it looked at (we babysit grandc days, and the heater was not noticeably working on the colder days. Mike Siefers answered the phone and after explaining the problems with my vehicle, he calmed me down immediately, telling me if I brought in in that day (it was already afternoon) he would try to get it repaired while I waited. A few hours later Mike approached me in the waiting area with the best news in months. All the problems had been repaired, caused mostly by a Thermo Heat valve. Even better he said all the work was covered under the Drive Train warranty. I will be their customer for years to come! More
