I bought my Crosstrek from you in 2014 (or maybe 2013, but it is a 2014)…The sales experience was easy, and even fun. Subsequently, any time I have needed to call on your service staff, I’ve had excellen but it is a 2014)…The sales experience was easy, and even fun. Subsequently, any time I have needed to call on your service staff, I’ve had excellent interactions with the entire service department. In this case, I am getting ready for two road trips, and Al was able to get me in first thing the next morning (my car was making a not-good sound….bad rear rotors, as it turned out)….. I do not enjoy television in waiting rooms, and I asked if (at the time the two other customers happily agreed) we could turn the sound off. I don’t know who the nice man was who quickly accommodated that request. I do sort of wish there was one designated QUIET WAITING SPACE…but the effect was achieved……I love that you always wash the car when finished….BONUS!! Thanks! More
