Oil change not reset, sandi would not give directions, said tech would email how to reset, tech never sent direction. So my car says I need an oil change, I have a warning light on the dash and Hyundai i said tech would email how to reset, tech never sent direction. So my car says I need an oil change, I have a warning light on the dash and Hyundai is emailing telling me I'm over due. But service doesn't seem to care. Giving me direction should have been the easiest way to solve problem, but I guess that was to hard. More

People working there are great. My main problem is that the car was damaged before it was sold to me and that was never disclosed. To the service department’s credit they corrected the damage, but I still had to take time to take the car in and pick it up with no compensation offered. The bottom line is I don’t feel I bought a new car, I feel I bought a damaged car. They said it’s not that unusual but what is unusual is that i had to find the damage. It was never going to be disclosed to me. Unsatisfied to say the least More

After a lengthy process of testing my vehicle for an engine problem the dealership was able to replace my engine under the power train extended way. The service department and technicians submitted all engine problem the dealership was able to replace my engine under the power train extended way. The service department and technicians submitted all necessary information to finally have it approved. Once all parts were available they had my vehicle ready within a couple weeks. The service department supplied me with a vehicle the entire time my car was unavailable and always kept me up on what work was going on and a time frame. Always courteous and willing to answer any questions I had. More

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve always been happy with the service. They replaced any part that broke during any service for free and they were very honest about it, which is unusual for a repa happy with the service.
