As a former manager of a mom and pop restaurant and general manager of 3 gas stations prior to joining this exciting industry, customer service has been a focal point of my entire work ethic. I realize there is a "stigma" when it comes to being a car salesman, we are intimidating, plain and simple. But the industry has changed drastically and the need to be a "pushy salesman" is no longer the norm. My experience with sales team (Jimmy, Raja) and finance team (Adrian and Supervisor) was absolutely horrible. This was particularly disappointing as a family member recommended this particular dealership t team (Adrian and Supervisor) was absolutely horrible. This was particularly disappointing as a family member recommended this particular dealership to me (Jerry Ulm). As a whole many others in the dealership (Martin, Big Mike, Sonny, The Cowboy, Jessica and Mr. D) all seem eager to provide quality customer service. Purchasing a vehicle is a huge decision and investment. There should be great effort in ensuring that customer service is a top priority at every level. I hope no other customer ever experiences feeling dismissed, disrespected and ignored the way that I have. While I luv my Jeep I truly wish that I made my purchase elsewhere. More

This was the quickest and most respectful car buying experience I’ve ever had! Upon arrival Fernando Marques help me figure out what jeeps we’re about and pick out the perfect one.
