Stopped in to kick some tires as I didn't know that much about the BMW models. I liked what I saw, and was able to do a short test drive. Went home, read up a little bit and built one with the online conf about the BMW models. I liked what I saw, and was able to do a short test drive. Went home, read up a little bit and built one with the online configurator. Came back the next day and ordered one. Michelle was a nice surprise at this dealership. I've normally been turned off by sales people who knew less than I do, and were always pushing for the sale. She was the opposite. She asked questions to learn what I was looking for, and steered me in the right direction. She got the sale, and at the same time I didn't feel like I was being bullied or pushed to make a decision. The only easier car purchase was during covid when 90% of the purchase was done online remotely. Both that sale and this were pleasant experiences and I would strongly recommend this dealership and especially Michelle. Devon, the Genius at this location, was also very helpful and was able to answer all my question and show demonstrate many of the features. More

The people at this dealership are the nicest and most professional staff that I ever encountered and we have shopped for and purchased many vehicles. Roman Scott and Heather Lublink are an absolute pleasure both professionally and personally. Devon knew every feature and explained everything at delivery. The finance manager was very efficient and clear throughout the process. We are not easy customers, but they satisfied our every need. More

My husband brought me to see James at Anderson -because he had purchased two other vehicles from him, one recently. I was attempting to use the replacement value of my car, as it was hit in an accident an he had purchased two other vehicles from him, one recently. I was attempting to use the replacement value of my car, as it was hit in an accident and I wanted to stick with the allotted payout budget. James had several options and I opted for a older model, luxury vehicle that was a trade in. It looked beautifully maintained and their detailing team did a superb job -it was spotless. They put some work into it and checked everything out. I am hoping to get a few good years out of my vehicle and appreciated the time effort and stress-free environment. And the car was completely in my replacement budget. Thank you for the time, attention and service. More
