Wow, where do I even begin with Dana Ford in Staten Island? I recently purchased a work van from them, and while it had a couple of minor hiccups initially, the way Dana Ford handled it was truly excep Island? From the moment I started working with them, especially with Mike, the General Manager for used cars, I felt like I was in good hands. Mike was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process – knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely committed to ensuring my satisfaction. And a special shout-out to Jennifer, the receptionist, who was always so friendly and helpful every time I called. Now, here's where Dana Ford really went above and beyond. The repairs on the van did take a couple of weeks each time, which was a bit inconvenient since I don't live in Staten Island. However, and this is the truly remarkable part, Dana Ford paid to have the van fixed at a local mechanic closer to my home! I was absolutely floored by this. It's so rare to see a dealership stand behind their used vehicles like this, especially to the point of covering out-of-area repairs just to ensure the customer is happy. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction is truly outstanding. Mike and the entire team at Dana Ford clearly prioritize their customers' experience above all else. They turned a potentially frustrating situation into a testament to their integrity and dedication. If you're in the market for a vehicle, especially a work van, I wholeheartedly recommend Dana Ford in Staten Island. Their exceptional service, particularly from Mike and Jennifer, and their willingness to go the extra mile make them a dealership you can trust. I had a truly great experience with Dana Ford! For me, this was an online out-of-state purchase. I had never considered or attempted that before, nor did I think I ever would. My communication with Dana Ford began with just a few questions online, Most were answered promptly and sales staff reached out to confirm availability and provide additional details. Dana employees were never pushy and always friendly and helpful.. Bottom line, Dana Ford treated me the way I would want to be treated, and that doesn’t often happen in car sales. I was very pleased with everyone I talked to and eventually met when I arrived to inspect, test drive, and purchase the car. It was a memorable experience in a good way, and that rarely happens with a car purchase. Thank you Dana employees…very well done! More
