I have been a customer of Arlington Toyota for 15 years or more & have always had my services/repairs done at Arlington Toyota. Mike Sandelin has been my service rep and I will only take my vehicle in for or more & have always had my services/repairs done at Arlington Toyota. Mike Sandelin has been my service rep and I will only take my vehicle in for service if he will be working on the day I want/do my service. I trust what he tells me about my van's condition and what it needs most urgently at that time and what items, if any, can wait for my next visit. He always lets me know what is needed and the cost before they actually start the work unless it is just the normal/routine oil change and checking everything. More

The entire process from scheduling to pick up afterwards was excellent. The online scheduling tools are great, and when we arrived, the service writer was on top of everything. Immediately met by an attendant and directed to my service advisor, Mike Sandelin. Mike quickly processed the work order for service. Five stars? ˆI say six stars for Mike Sandelin and Derrin Drago. It was time for my car's check-up but I came without an appointment because if indication of low tire pressure, Mike Sandelin has ta Derrin Drago. It was time for my car's check-up but I came without an appointment because if indication of low tire pressure, Mike Sandelin has taken care of my car needs for years but he was very busy with other customers. Derrin Drago stepped in and Took care of every- thing including seeing to it that I had rides home and back while the car was taken care of. Mike Sandelin caught me as I left for home to make sure everything was all right. Seems like 6 stars to me. Jaeger Smith More
