Mike Sandelin is the best Service Advisor I have ever encountered. I have dealt with him on many occasions over the last several years. I have two old (2000 Tacoma and 2007 FJ Cruiser) but low mileage encountered. I have dealt with him on many occasions over the last several years. I have two old (2000 Tacoma and 2007 FJ Cruiser) but low mileage vehicles. Mike is always very responsive to helping get issues identified and handled through the service department. From what I have observed, he has great respect from everyone in the service department and also has an awesome reputation among those in the sales as well. He has a large following of customers. When I arrived with a service appointment, there were several other customers waiting in line for him. He was juggling all of this as well as trying to get customers who had completed service processed and on their way. He is the best multi tasker I have ever witnessed. As a customer who has many years of career management experience, watching him in action dealing with all the issues is just fascinating. His loyal customer following is indicated by the fact that his service appointments are scheduled 3 weeks out in the future. Arlington Toyota needs to do whatever it takes to keep Mike happy and give him the resources he needs to continue satisfying your customers. More

I purchased my Scion xb from Arlington Toyota in 2004 and have been regularly bringing it to them for scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance since it was new. The service I received from Arlington Toyota fr have been regularly bringing it to them for scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance since it was new. The service I received from Arlington Toyota from 2004 to present has been absolutely outstanding. During most,if not all of these years, Mike Sandelin has been my Service Advisor and he has consistently made each visit a very satisfying experience. More

The service went great! 5 Star. Getting an appointment, now that was a problem. I called in and got a young lady and she took my info, waste set up for me to get in. A week later no help, so I left a messa now that was a problem. I called in and got a young lady and she took my info, waste set up for me to get in. A week later no help, so I left a message on my service tech phone, a week later I drove in and flounced down on his desk and got an appointment. My 99 Avalon bought in 2003 has came back for regular service and I always ask for Mike Sandelin. He knows my car and regular service has prevented any problems or one of those dreaded breakdowns in he service and I always ask for Mike Sandelin. Always receive great service, and timely communications from service advisors.
