My family and I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Palisade SEL Premium from Preston Hyundai of Boardman. While my experience with my sales consultant was not always fully transparent, the Preston man Palisade SEL Premium from Preston Hyundai of Boardman. I would like to call out a few individuals for specific recommendations, they are as follows:  Brad Cain, General Manager. Brad has proven himself to be an executive of high integrity with true concern for the full satisfaction of the consumer. He personally phoned me post-sale to review any concerns I had or areas where he and his team could improve.  Mike Rubin, General Sales Manager. He truly has the most customer-centric attitude of any business manager that I have dealt with in many years. He quickly jumped-in and attempted to clarify and correct the issues we encountered.  Liz Egan, Finance Manager also has a truly customer-focused attitude and provided me with information and answered my questions, even on her day off. WOW! She made the financing process smooth and orderly, and we felt quite comfortable dealing with her. We drove from Butler, PA (about forty miles, one-way) to purchase the Palisade and these three members of the management team made the drive very worthwhile. I would highly recommend, without hesitation, Preston Hyundai to all consumers looking to purchase a new Hyundai. More

2nd vehicle purchases with Hyundai Went to Preston Hyundai on a Saturday after the store was closed.
