Test drove a truck they have listed online, when I got there, the truck had more damage than what you could see from pictures, some spots had been painted, missing pieces around the seat belts, had 20” wh there, the truck had more damage than what you could see from pictures, some spots had been painted, missing pieces around the seat belts, had 20” wheels and AT tires, but rode rough and shaky. They told me after I complained that they would balance wheels and do alignment. Bad business deal really. Don’t tell someone the truck is a good solid truck if it rides rough and shakes at 55mph+. And then not budge on price and expect customer to come back for second test drive after you fix a few things. No telling what all is wrong with the truck they aren’t telling you. More

We went to this dealership to sell our vehicle. We agreed on a price, left the vehicle with them and was assured we would see the remainder of the sale price (after payoff) in 2 weeks. It is going on 4 weeks on a price, left the vehicle with them and was assured we would see the remainder of the sale price (after payoff) in 2 weeks. It is going on 4 weeks and we have yet to see our money. They insist they have not received the title and that they will not pay until they get it. The loan was paid off on June 15, 2021. It is June 28, 2021 today, still no money. We have called for a week and even went back to the dealership to ask in person for our money. They refused. By not acting in a timely manner to pay us they have acted in bad faith. Not only do they have our car but they have our money. We will have no choice but to call the police for theft of goods if they don't turn over the check soon. Our advice: never, EVER sell your vehicle to this place unless you want to go through this mess just to get paid what you are rightfully owed. More

Ford F 350 I took my year old truck there to e worked on , due to my 2017 ford f 350 king ranch broke down on me and left stranded. Although they said they fixed it , all the sheet says they did was flash the ECU. They made it seem like it was my fault that they were even working on my truck. The only guy up there that was helpful was the service manager. They also made it clear multiple times that I needed to fill up my rental vehicle with gas. Which was not a problem as I did drive it.al But when I got on my vehicle they burned a quarter of a tank of fuel. Should they have not put that back in it ? What about the miles on my vehicle ? Your rental is more important than my truck. Also no one explained to me in person what they did to my truck. My problems with this dealership has been non stop and I plan on having the whole state of Arkansas here what Mark Mclarty ford is all about. They still owe me a set of mudflaps for my truck that was agreesed upon when I pirchased my truck. But when my salesman quit they said they could not warrant what a salesman promises that no longer works there. Most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever seen. I will be posting on YouTube and also writing an article for the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. More

Used veh purchase repairs The service dep has been excellent, they have taken care of me with great attention, the salesman was great up until he told me the day after I'd sign The service dep has been excellent, they have taken care of me with great attention, the salesman was great up until he told me the day after I'd signed all the paperwork, that the payoff was wrong and I needed to pay an additional $302, they verified this, the paperwork was signed, delivered, I drove the vehicle home, it even has a place on the papers to show who verified it. I was so upset, I made them re-do the paperwork to add that in. I talked to a loan officer at my credit union and she said it was bad business practice to do this, and to a Veteran also, she pointed out I should have stood my ground. I had a lot on my mind having just taken a huge loss on my trade, and realizing I'm paying 14% for this loan. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5. Like I said the service is excellent, and the salesman had been the same up until then. More
