At first the service wasn’t the best. It was 2 hours for a simple oil change. I didn’t get any texts about the findings in an inspection. Therefore I didn’t know they were waiting on me. It was 2 hours for a simple oil change. I didn’t get any texts about the findings in an inspection. Therefore I didn’t know they were waiting on me. But after I finally got my q80 back. The cleaning was amazing so that made up for the other slow service. I would Recommend if the service dept doesn’t get a quick reply then go check the waiting room or call them. I was waiting in the waiting room the entire time. Consequently I didnt get any additional services due to the timing. Over all I think if I would’ve received the text it would’ve been an amazing experience. I did finally receive the text as I was leaving. Thanks for your service! I would consider coming back when needed. More
