Simply said, this is because of the consistently high level of professionalism and service. This was our first experience with Rebecca Kosar and, like everyone else at the dealership, she was well prepared, knowledgeable and efficient. Mike Riccardi is an exceptional professional and, regardless of the level activity at the dealership, somehow manages to 'direct traffic' in a friendly, efficient manner. He routinely bends over backwards for our scheduling and service while anticipating anything which might make our time easier. Our Sales Professional, Tom Terrill, is truly a cut above. As much of our 'selection process' is done long distance i.e., without a dealership visit, Tom's workload and effort are increased significantly. He is an exceptional amalgam of sales expertise, product knowledge, organizational skill and character. As someone with a long history of customer service responsibility I can say with experience Tom would be a credit to any organization. His preparation, patience and execution are exceptional.
