I am a native of Denver and grew up seeing the O'Meara ads and they have a really good reputation. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with them today. I called this afternoon about a car I had ads and they have a really good reputation. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with them today. I called this afternoon about a car I had seen online, spoke with a salesperson, scheduled an appointment, and arrived at their dealership in a half hour. The salesperson who greeted me was really great and had the car waiting for me to test drive. While I was test driving the car, another salesperson sold the car to another party. This other party test drove it after I did. It is really frustrating as I did everything correctly by calling to verify the car was still available and scheduling an appointment to test drive, but the car was sold right out from under me without a chance to purchase. I have never come across this type of totally unprofessional behavior and SLEAZY sales tactic. This type of behavior gives all the other good and honest salespeople a bad rap. More

Purchased the car here in 2011 - Salesman was OK. Went to finance, very specific about wanting a 60 month finance. Finance man put in 72 months in small writing, but I caught it. Specifically asked for a Ford warranty - Finance guy sold me a private warranty that is only good at their dealership - didn't catch that. Paid cash instead of finance because the games were getting ridiculous. Second service had a tire rotation - Scratched my wheel during the service, although when confronted, they fixed it. Service advisors seem to all be pushy and have no patience. 50000 miles I came in with several complaints that would be covered under warranty. Advisor wrote quote of $320 and explained that is their diagnosis fee - but would be free IF the problems were found to be covered under warranty. Couldn't show advisor my issue because they took my car to a back lot. Told him I was waiting but car wasn't "diagnosed" for over 4 hours. Fixed issues under warranty, but guess what, chipped my wheel!!! Advisor called me and told me my cabin air filter was horribly dirty "as if it has never been changed" and he highly suggests changing it.. I told him that's funny, I changed it two weeks ago and it's brand new! "Well, uh, maybe my tech wanted me to ask you if you have or not." Came to the quicklane once, parked outside the garage but was told to pull in. Advised of a long wait but an O'Meara truck blocked me in and refused to move so I was stuck.. Will NEVER buy a Ford again. More

Great Customer Service all the way around! Mike was very friendly and helpful..no hard sale. I would recommend to family or friend. Very satisfied customer. Was very empressed with Mike Reid he was very friendly and honest, was able to find a great car that was within my price range, and afordable payments also with low miles. I was shown a few cars and did not have to spend all day at the dealer ship was able to test drive a few cars and found a great 2011 car!! i woulkd very well reccommend him and Ford to a friend and family!! Mike is very intelligent in car sales. I have been car shopping for a very long time and when I came to O'meara and met Mike he took care of everything I was looking for in a car and more. Mike is the mos shopping for a very long time and when I came to O'meara and met Mike he took care of everything I was looking for in a car and more. Mike is the most friendliest car sales person I have ever met. I never felt like I was pressured into buying anything. Mike made my buying process from O'meara one I will always remember, I will never shop anywhere else. Thank you Mike for your patience your kindness and your help. More
