First time buyer. I was blessed to not only find the exact car that I have always wanted, but also because I was able to work with real people. Your entire service team under Mark Rossi is very professional and honest. Larry Dove spent a lot of time answering my questions about a vehicle I may purchase. Keep doing what you guys and ladies are doing and you will continue to grow. I retired from the GM Truck plant in Roanoke with 30 years. The cars and trucks are built with the same quality, so it's the people who build, sell and service them that make the difference. John More

good to bad We have bought alot of vehicles from Ben Davis and have them serviced their all the time. I really like Rossie and the problem does not lie directly t We have bought alot of vehicles from Ben Davis and have them serviced their all the time. I really like Rossie and the problem does not lie directly to him. We have are vehicles service every 3 thousand miles. We always tell them to make sure the next sticker indicates that mileage number. More times than not they do not get it right and we have to make them make another sticker when we pick the vehicle up and this really pisses me off!!!!!!!!!!!!! or their is a screw up on the bill. They always take care of us but I do not know why some thing so simple is so difficult. Larry Kimmel More
