Upon arrival my wife and I were immediately greeted by Wayne in the parking lot. With a swift introduction and a short explanation as to why we stopped by, he sent us on our way with a salesman by the nam Wayne in the parking lot. With a swift introduction and a short explanation as to why we stopped by, he sent us on our way with a salesman by the name of Mike. I could give Mike 5 stars for not giving us the usual dealership BS. The older gentleman made the overall experience seem fair and honest. After we backed off on the initial meeting we had with him, we came back the next day to see if we could make a deal (we really wanted the truck) as long as we didn’t leave the dealership having felt as if we got worked by salesman, and didn’t push for a win on our side of the deal. Finally making a deal, we agreed a small win was better than no win (finance guy was a bit stiff). My wife and I drove away happy and non-regretful, the truck will be used as a house and family vehicle. Lastly I noticed as I drove off the front sensors were going crazy, I found a missing sensor on the front left bumper. Mike called me the next morning to check up as I was inspecting a roof of a home. I told him about the sensor, he talked to someone at the dealership and had me come in to have it taken care of in a fashionable and prompt manner. Thanks again Mike for the good experience! More
