The first vehicle i had purchased from them in 2023 was a 2019 kia rio. It kept having minor things wrong with it at first, and then just as my warranty exipired after a year the engine goes out. They couldn 2019 kia rio. It kept having minor things wrong with it at first, and then just as my warranty exipired after a year the engine goes out. They couldnt help me and would not buy car back and suggested i get a second car loan. So I did. Not a month goes by and my engine stalls and smokes from exhaust. They took it in under the warranty had it for 4 months ( while i am still paying the bank ) and supposedly changed the engine, the catalyic converter, and the turbo. I finally get the car back in January and return the loaner car i had of theirs the whole time. Since then Ive had to get and pay for a new turbo feedline and a water hose. Now a couple weeks ago my car breaks down again by doing the same thing ( and i keep up with the maintenance in my vehicles ). I call dealership and ask to speak to a manager and they refuse to help me in any way. (To service or buy back and get me a new car). And to top it off I get a call back in February from the claims department saying something about damage on the loaner car. Yet I never was in an accident or damaged it and was perfectly fine when i dropped it off. Now im getting calls from lawyers and getting sued. I will fight this! This place is a joke and needs to be reported and shut down. I even read alot of the reviews and most of these reviews dont have anything good to say. They need to be stopped!!!!! They are scamming people and putting them in debt. I now cant get another vehicle because my credit dropped and am $40,000+ in debt. Not happy whatsoever! The only person that seemed to care was the guy Will who sold me vehicle and I dont think he works there any more. More

I asked to keep their number for another time because they worked so hard with me. I called them a week ago and had a new-to-me car by the next day. I admire how each person took care of each other and the customers. There was cooperation among the sales representatives. They focused on my family's needs rather than making a buck. I worked with Diane Summers, Mike, and John Souter. I would recommend all of these wonderful people to purchase from. More

I told him I was interested in information, so I could discuss a possible purchase with my wife. Not only did he answer all of my questions, he gave me brochures for the three models that we would be interested in. I am old school, I don't like doing all of my research online. I was pleased that RJ did not ask me for my name, phone number or email address, so he could "followup" with me. This is a common annoyance in the auto sale industry. I discussed the options with my wife that night. We decided to look at the Sportage. I called RJ the next morning, and said I would like to discuss a purchase with him. I told him that we saw a Sportage on their inventory that we were interested in. He said he would have it ready to test drive. We agreed to meet at 2 pm. When my wife and I arrived, the car was ready for us to look. He enlisted the help of Anthony Vega to get us setup for a test drive. We were given the keys, and were able to test drive without anyone going with us ! My wife loved the car, but didn't like the color. They reviewed with my wife other colors that she might like. They immediately brought out two other cars of different colors for her to look at. So we sat down with Anthony and RJ to write up a contract to buy the car. Again, with no pressure. RJ suggested two things that we might like to add to the contract. We told him we weren't interested in them. Again no pressure. They patiently sat down with us to discuss various financing others. Eventually, we reached a payment that would work for us. RJ and Anthony worked as a team to make sure we had the best and most comfortable buying experience possible. We will recommend to anyone Prescott Valley Kia is worth a look if you in the market for a car. Thank you RJ and Anthony. Review by Bill M More

Buyer Beware Six months ago my wife and I purchased a vehicle from this location. We wore very excited to make our first big purchase and have a nice, reliable vehicle. We decided on a used 2014 Kia Optima with 61,000 miles. We wore informed during the purchasing process we would not be able to get an extended warranty. Being young and naive, we didn't think it would be a problem because it was a newer vehicle with pretty low miles. Five months later the engine stars making a knocking noise. I took it back to the dealership and inquired about the problem. The told me there is no warranty on it and nothing they can do. After a bit of research I have found the motor in my Forte has been recalled from other vehicles but not mine. So now we are looking at $3,000 to $4,000 dollars to replace the motor and possibly have the same issue down the road. The 2.0l motors are prone to have metal left in the engine during manufacturing and cause the engine to seize and even catch fire. This was a known problem at the time of our purchase and not brought to our attention. So long story short we got a car payment and no car. More
