Great experience Mark's not my idea of a car salesman... No plaid pants or bow tie, and he wasn't pushy. He was very professional and found me exactly what I wanted. He's very prompt with communications, answering questions right away. I appreciate his patience with me, as well. All the high-tech features were overwhelming at first, but Mark walked me through all of it. More
