I bought a 2017 GMC Terrain from Mike Pendleton. The car was nice and what I wanted but the experience was not what I expected my first time buying a car. I was given 1 key when I took the car because the m was nice and what I wanted but the experience was not what I expected my first time buying a car. I was given 1 key when I took the car because the mechanics were on strike at that time. I was told when they were off strike to come back and I could get the second key because no one else knew how to program it. I was also told scratches and dents would be fixed by them along with free oil changes for 2 years. Well when the mechanics came off strike I waited about a week for a call saying the key was ready but I heard nothing. I finally called an spoke to Mike and all of the sudden he can’t remember not giving me a second key and never promised anything about the dents or scratches. He told me I probably did them. I then brought my car in for my second oil change when it was due. I was told by the service guy that it would be my last oil change. I was confused and said I haven’t had the car 2 years yet so I still have plenty more oil changes left. The service man told me that I must’ve misunderstood Mike because the deal in 2 oil changes in 2 years. Not something I misunderstood. It was something was communicated to me in a deceitful manner. My interest rate on my car was double than what was originally discussed too. It was obviously my fault for simply trusting them and not reading the paperwork but how slimy. THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY !!! THEY CHEAT ON CUSTOMERS!!! I had very bad experience here. 3 years ago, I leased a 2018 Buick and now my lease gonna end within 2 month so they called me to ta CUSTOMERS!!! I had very bad experience here. 3 years ago, I leased a 2018 Buick and now my lease gonna end within 2 month so they called me to talk about the next step, which is weather to buy this car or get a new lease. They told me it will be $27k if I decide to own this car. I trust them (which I shouldn't) so I singed the new contract , it was on a Friday afternoon. But when I went back home, I had a look at my old lease agreement 3 years ago, I find out the price should only be $20k. So I came back next morning. Let them cancelled the new, unfair contract. After that I got a car loan from American Eagle Bank with a much lower interest rate than this dealer gave me ( 2.74% vs 3.99%) and the price is $20k. So what I have been experienced is this dealer, they tried to buy this car from me without letting me know and they will sell this car to me at the same time! They made me signed a lot of papers and didn't gave me copies, these papers are actually saying I will sold this car to them. So can get $7000 more from me. IT IS CONSUMER ABUSE!!!! SO please don't go there because I am lucky I get the new contract cancelled, but not everyone will be lucky. I believe they have many tricks cheat on customers and this dealership has bad reputation, you can find out by yourself. More
