Very poor communication from Sales staff, including a Manager. I had a written agreement for a new Genesis and an appt. to take delivery, which never took place due to sales staff not returning phone cal Manager. I had a written agreement for a new Genesis and an appt. to take delivery, which never took place due to sales staff not returning phone calls, emails, and texts. I am sympathetic to the added work/stress brought on by the CDK debacle, but there is no excuse for failing to stay in contact with a customer preparing to take delivery. Think twice before doing business with this dealership. More

I was in getting service for my Elantra and spoke with Tim Kent to ask about a hybrid.
