I am so glad Bill helped me pick out the perfect car for me! He was patient with me because I was so undecided. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I said. Also, I purchased a "warranty", I have the paperwork for it, but when I called in for information they say my warranty doesn't exist. Worst car buying experience ever. More
