My car salesman Mr Olsen made me feel like I was a burden. I got a new Subaru ascent from my old one and never took the time to go over any updates or whatnot. Just said “you’re good right” made to feel like I was a nuisance. Finally got a call a week later from management asking if anyone went over my new car with me. Was sent a $25 gift card for any inconveniences. More

Nothing new but they gave a pretty low trade in first offer. But, the worst thing about this dealer is that they nickel and dime on everything, including charging a fee for using a credit card for any s offer. But, the worst thing about this dealer is that they nickel and dime on everything, including charging a fee for using a credit card for any service. I've tried to be a loyal customer but I'm pretty sick of the fees and will probably go somewhere else the next time. The people here are nice, rather it seems like dealer policy is the problem. More

Sales person was responsive as was Ben Stroh and people who answered when directing my calls. I think I overpaid and didn't get my rubber floor mats yet which supposedly were out of stock. Overall a good experience, plus meeting there 9/29 for instructikn on use of car buttons abd features which I appreciate. Called service dept when at gas pump and technician very helpful in explaining how to open gas cap. Can't remember his name. More
