After a few minutes of walking around the lot Mike Ayoub approached me to see if I needed help. I like that he wasn't pushy! In fact he was quick with the keys for us to test drive and at the end of the day we went home with a brand new Terrain and my husband couldn't be happier. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and nice. the two people we dealt with were Mike Ayoub and Mike O'Connell and they were both wonderful and made the car buying experience "painless". He kept me informed with updates and I really felt he had my best interest in mind as well. I also worked with Mike O'Connell and he made the finance process an easy task.
