He was very courteous and attentive throughout the entire process of getting my car inspected. He went over the multi-point checklist, line by line, explaining the items on the list in non-technical language that I was able to understand. In all the years of getting service at Glanzmann Subaru, I have felt confident in their expertise and reliability. Also, I have never had to wait too long for any service or repairs, but it is never a problem to wait on site because the waiting area is so comfortable and spacious. More
