Horrible customer service!! I was interested in a used vehicle on the lot. I live out of state and my last two vehicles were purchased out of state. I inquired and unfortunately I was interested in a used vehicle on the lot. I live out of state and my last two vehicles were purchased out of state. I inquired and unfortunately was contacted by salesman Mike Nesic. I explained to Mike that I was out of state and was considering flying in to test drive the vehicle. I told Mike that I was a serious buyer and would make a deposit if the numbers worked for both of us. The used vehicle in question was damaged. I asked about the damage and Mike said that it was minor and he could have it fixed if I wanted at my expense. The Carfax showed clean, however, I purchased an AutoCheck vehicle history report. The report showed the damaged used vehicle had been in an accident with "rear impact collision". Furthermore, CarGurus and Edmunds also showed the vehicle was involved in an accident. CarGurus listed the vehicle as, "High Priced". I told Mike I felt the vehicle was slightly overpriced. I made a considerable offer and Mike refused to present it to his manager. Finally, I received an unprofessional email from Mike today that stated, "We just sold the car for $$$$." This is how they treat out of state customers? I only post this so other buyers are made aware and hopefully do your due diligence and research the vehicle. Hopefully, if you do decide to go with Woodfield, you don't get to work with Mike Nesic. More
